We believe you’ll love your Mama Nest. Try it at home for 14 days from delivery. If it’s not quite right for you, send it back—no hard feelings.

How it works

• Start your return within 14 days of delivery.
• Lightly used is okay—please return it clean, dry, and undamaged (no stains, tears, punctures, odors, or pet hair).
• Include all parts (inner ring, pump, repair patch, carry bag if applicable).
• Prefer a swap? We’re happy to exchange instead of refund.

Easy returns

1. Email support@mamanesthome.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send simple instructions and a prepaid return label when eligible.
3. Deflate, wipe clean, pack securely, and drop off within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

• After your return is delivered and passes a quick check, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping (if any) is not refundable.
• If the return isn’t due to a defect or our mistake, the actual label cost may be deducted from your refund. We will confirm the amount before you ship.

Damaged or defective?

Email us within 7 days of delivery (photos help) and we’ll replace or refund right away.

International orders

Returns are welcome. Return shipping and any duties/taxes are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
